Can anyone help plz?
I can't turn in the 1st Smoke Signals Quest (Investigate New Haven) to Helena Pierce even though I have been there and that quest is instructing me to Turn In now???
Has anyone come across this issue previously?
Any assistance would be very much appreciated as I am level 33 Soldier and am praying this is not a game breaker.

Ugh! What a noob am I today. lol.
So, just in case this catches anyone else out (unlikely) - you do not Turn In this quest to Helena at all - I'll leave it at that.

Demoshi ok you do turn it into helena pierce but only after seeing *spoiler* the dead bandits and then shutting down all smoke signals ( just pull the lever to stop them, there are 4 smoke signals in total)
