I'm kinda curious if Gearbox watches this website to get suggestions for their game, I mean, this is the largest, most detailed place on the internet about borderlands. Extertionist

I would like to think so, but I honestly doubt it. Sure, this place has lots of detail, but most of the info they'd find useful would be in the forums, which are currently host to legions of TROLLZ and at least one flamewar a week. In addition, Gearbox has their own forums and I imagine that they get a fair bit of trafic themselves. They'd be pretty stupid if they didn't look at forums/wikis like this one. Besides there's not a massive amount of trolling or flaming. Even most of the modding debates now are reasonably civilised: haven't seen a "MODIN IZ BD/KOOL COS WREX GAME/MEENZ I KIL EVRYFIN" post in a while. IMonkoii 07:10, April 20, 2010 (UTC)

They most certainly watch here and the gbxforums. These are the main sources of feedback online from real players, so sure we can give ourselves some credit. I mean the forums have quite a bit more detail, but everything here is well organized. I mean did anyone notice how from the original game release - DLC2, plenty of custom maps were created, many with treasure rooms? Little later, DLC3 comes out with a story revolving around a treasure room. Even if it took them awhile, they finally caught on to how completely boring it is to see idiots running around with weapons with all carnage parts. I'm sure that mostly came from all the flame wars going on here and on the forums, and the fact that an entirely separate wiki exists just for designing weapons.
