Flakker is a legendary shotgun manufactured by Torgue in Borderlands 3. The Flakker is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.

Description & Usage
Unlike the Flakker from previous Borderlands games, this version possesses much greater accuracy, allowing for attacks with more precision. It is an excellent weapon for clearing out groups of enemies behind cover and performs best at close to medium range. Despite the usable accuracy, its mechanics can make it a challenging weapon to use.
Notes
- It uses a skin similar to that of the Unkempt Harold and the 88 Fragnum which appeared in Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel respectively.
