Finch is a character who appears in Tales from the Borderlands.
Background
Finch is a hitman hired to kill Fiona and Sasha. He works for August's mom and is partnered with Kroger.
Involvement
Finch and Kroger first appear at Fiona and Sasha's house, trying to kidnap them. Fiona fires her Derringer, damaging Finch's hair, and they are able to escape. They appear now and then throughout the adventure, and are finally killed in Gortys's rampage.
