Swamp Skag

Swamp Skags are a subspecies of skag in Borderlands 2 found on the continent Aegrus in the Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt DLC, specifically Scylla's Grove and Ardorton Station. They share many similarities to regular skags, including many of their variants.

In TVHM and UVHM, they have the same names, which are different from normal mode. Their appearance changes as well.

Albino Skags do not change their name
Alpha Swamp Skags have a Corrosive visual effect when charging, this does not do corrosive damage.
Corrosive is the only element the Badass Skags can spawn in.
It is possible for all the lesser types of swamp skags to be imbued with corrosive and slag (from Dribbles). There names follow the same naming scheme as regular skags of each type, losing the "swamp" prefix. Albino Skags use the normal mode Barf Skag naming in every mode.
While powered by an element, the skag has strange rectangles protruding from its back.
Ol' Pukey is the only friendly swamp skag, though not targetted by other swamp skags, Ol' Pukey will take damage from the attacks of fellow swamp skags. This includes the attacks from a Badass Corrosive Swamp Skag that would usually imbue a swamp skag with corrosive.
