Notes

• The increase in shield recharge delay facilitate the usage of Roid Damage from Maylay Shields, such as Hide of Terramorphous or Order.
• The increase in shield recharge delay also helps Krieg take advantage of bonuses from other skills in the Mania skill tree such as Empty the Rage, Fuel the Rampage, Embrace the Pain, and Salt the Wound.
