Faulty Detonator is legendary grenade ordnance in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Tediore. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Skull Orchid located in Embossed Fault - Auger Mine, Grindstone of the Worthy in Carcadia Burn on Kairos.

Description[]

Upon detonating the Grenade, it will one-by-one floats up and onward 5 Combo Orbs with a text "SHOOT ME" that function much like Tediore's Combo traits and Licensed-Accessory where it can be shot at to deal increased explosion damage.
