Fair Dinkum is a unique madman mini-boss encountered in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. He is found on the top platform of "The Grabba" building (which houses a Moon Zoomy station and the area Fast Travel) in the north half of Triton Flats.

Appearances

Strategy

Fair Dinkum is a large madman with increased health and damage. He will also drop better loot than most darksiders tend to, though doesn't have any unique loot associated with him.

During the mission A New Direction, killing Fair Dinkum will cause him to drop a prism, which is a required objective to complete that mission. Afterwards, he will continue to spawn in the same area.

Notes

  • Although Dinkum is technically a badass lunatic, the two metal extensions attached to Fair Dinkum's forearms never get charged or let off shock sparks.

Trivia

  • "Fair Dinkum" is a reference to both the Australian slang term "fair dinkum" as well as the frequent use of the word "dinkum" by the moon colonists in Robert A. Heinlein's novel "The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress".
