Epicenter is a legendary grenade mod in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Vladof. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.
Special Weapon Effects
It burns, burns, burns. – Always incendiary. Sends out a ring of 13 orbs that deal incendiary damage.
Usage & Description
The orbs released by the grenade do not damage the character, making it an effective grenade in tight spaces where the orbs are less likely to miss enemies.
Notes
- The orbs resemble those used by Troy during his boss fight.
- An Epicentre with the "spring" prefix releases a set of orbs with each bounce.
Trivia
- The flavor text refers to the song "Ring of Fire" by Johnny Cash.
- The name is in reference to a Music Festival of the same name that is held every year
