Elpis is Pandora's moon and the main setting of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
History
Not much is known about Elpis' history other than an event known as The Crackening -- Presumably caused by the Helios space station which caused a shift of power between Hyperion and the Dahl Corporation when the Crackening uncovered a Vault.
