Eliza is an NPC character from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
Involvement
Eliza is Pickle's sister, who seems to be in the same line of "business" her little brother is in. The first mention of her can be found in Rabid Adams' ECHO recording. After stealing the Boganella shotgun and keys to a jet-fighter from Sheila, she is found hiding at the power Station in Crisis Scar.
