Elemental Empathy is a tier 5 skill in Krieg's Hellborn skill tree. It allows Krieg to heal himself by inflicting enemies with Elemental Status Effects.

Effects

For each point invested in this skill, Krieg will heal himself with 5% of the damage he causes with Elemental Status Effects on enemies.

Notes

• This skill works well together with the Miss Moxxi-signed weapons, due to the fact that they share the effect of this skill and are always elemental.
• Numbed Nerves makes this even more useful, as it allows Krieg to tank hits from the enemy, while ignoring smaller amounts of damage.
• Krieg also gains healing from fire damage on himself. This can be observed when Krieg lights himself on fire with shields remaining, the elemental damage to his shields will convert into health.
