E-Gone is a unique submachine gun in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Maliwan. It is obtained from the mission Cannonization.
Special Weapon Effects[]
Don't cross the streams. – Always incendiary. -25% weapon damage. Increased elemental damage. Decreased fire rate. Consumes 2 ammo per shot. Fires two laser beams in a double helix pattern. Fixed parts.
Usage & Description[]
The E-Gone can be used in the same fashion as any other incendiary Quasar. Its fixed element limits its elemental variance compared to normal Maliwan submachine, though it still performs well as an incendiary gun otherwise.
Trivia[]
- The source, name and flavor text of the weapon are a reference to Ghostbusters.
- E-Gone is a homophone of "Dr. Egon Spengler", the creator of the proton pack.
- The weapon is a callback to the laser weapons from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, particularly the E-GUN.
- Unlike most Nebula, this weapon doesn't deal splash damage.
