It is obtained as a rare drop from Droll the Troll at the Queen's Gate.

... Your breath STINKS. – Always poison. It fires sticky sawblades that explode on impact, dealing Poison Splash Damage and firing a bullet in the original direction. When hitting an enemy the sawblades stick to the target and explode after 1 second, dealing 30% Poison Splash Damage.

Notes

• Hotfix 04.28.2022: +60% Damage, Individual Sawblades now deal +5% damage instead of +1% damage, Sawblade duration decreased from 4s to 1s, Base damage is no longer treated as if it was firing an extra projectile.
