Digby's Smooth Tube is a unique assault rifle in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Dahl. It is obtained from the mission Do it for Digby (Part 3) located in The Spendopticon.
Special Weapon Effects
Hot or cool, man, hyperjazz is hyperjazz. – Fixed Parts (except for element). Always fully automatic and three shot burst-fire mode. Increased damage. Plays saxophone noises while firing.
Usage & Description
Aside from its increased damage and entertainment value from its unique firing sounds, Digby's Smooth Tube is identical in function to high-rarity Dahl assault rifles.
While Digby's Smooth Tube is best in the hands of Zane due to his cryo-focused skills, it can be useful in the Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC if the player does not have a viable anti-armor weapon yet as cryo is effective against the large amount of armored targets found in the DLC.
Notes
- If Digby's Smooth Tube is rewarded to the player before cryo weapons would otherwise spawn naturally, the weapon will spawn with no element.
