Devoted is a legendary submachine gun in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Maliwan. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Captain Traunt.
Special Weapon Effects[]
This is your champion. – Increased magazine size. Reduced damage, accuracy, and reload speed. Instead of charging before firing, the weapon's fire rate increases the longer the trigger is held, up to a very high fire rate.
Usage & Description[]
The Devoted is a much more extreme version of common weapons such as the Holey-Man and Bezoomy, with a greater maximum fire rate, and should be treated as such.
Notes[]
- Instead of waiting for the weapon charge up duration, rapidly pressing the fire button can imitate the increased fire rate effect.
Trivia[]
- The weapon's name, flavor text, and special effect are a reference to the Devotion LMG in Apex Legends.
- Amara's voice actress, Zehra Fazal, is also the voice of the AI announcer in Apex Legends who speaks the line "This is your champion".
