Devastator is a Seraph Pistol manufactured by Torgue. The Devastator can only be obtained from trading with the Seraph Vendor in Oasis.
Special Weapon Effects
Hail. – Fires two projectiles at the cost of two ammo. Fires beams that travel in a shallow arc and detonate upon impact.

- Can appear with the "Double Penetrating" prefix, making the gun fire four bullets instead of two.
Trivia
- The weapon's flavor text is a reference to the Duke Nukem video game franchise. One of the titular character's lines was "Hail to the king, baby!" Additionally, there is a weapon in the Duke Nukem series that fired mini-rocket projectiles, also called the Devastator.
