Extra Large Deliverance is a Legendary weapon in Borderlands 2. It can be obtained from getting the Jackpot from the slot machines found in various locations in the game.
The name of the gun and the red text which reads "Kiki got a shotgun" are references to the Hayao Miyazaki movie Kiki's Delivery Service, a movie about a girl who delivers items while flying on a broom stick.
The effect of the gun is that when it is reloaded, instead of being thrown in an arc, the gun instead flies in a slow, straight line, and bounces on surfaces unless it hits an enemy, in which it will explode directly. A trail is also left behind when the gun is flying, which is another reference to the movie.
