Damned Cowboy is a Unique combat rifle manufactured by Jakobs. It has a chance to drop from Bloodtail from the mission Now You See It.

Speak Softly. Carry This - In contradiction to it's itemcard, Sir Hammerlock's Damned Cowboy does not fire as fast as one can pull the trigger. It does, however, sport an extremely high damage output and accuracy for compensation.
