CryptoSec Troopers are enemies encountered during the Revenge of the Cartels seasonal event in Borderlands 3. They can only be found on runs through Villa Ultraviolet.

CryptoSec Troopers behave like the Maliwan Assault Trooper but also come in two varieties. One is the standard model, the other has an additional pack that will either occasionally spawn Crypto Spikes or conjure a Crypto Barrier to protect them. Other variants will also be paired with a CryptoSec Shepherd that will provide offensive and defensive support for them.
Notes
- In Mayhem Mode and True Vault Hunter Mode, they are renamed CryptoSec Commando.
