Corrosive Rakk are enemies encountered in Borderlands 3. They are larger and more dangerous than their smaller cousins and are easily identified by their bright green complexion.

Strategy
Corrosive Rakks bomb enemies with ranged elemental attacks rather than employ the usual diving slash. They fly straight to their targets launching gobs of corrosive goo. These gobs burst on impact leaving corrosive puddles on the ground that last for several seconds. After two or three strafing runs, they retreat to a safe distance where they hover and launch several gobs at their targets. This leaves them vulnerable as they are almost motionless.
Corrosive Rakks are completely immune both to corrosive damage and to bullets fired from corrosive weapons. However, being fleshy targets they are vulnerable to incendiary damage.

- In True Vault Hunter Mode and Mayhem Mode they are renamed Acidic Rakk.
