The Commerce is a Unique SMG manufactured by Hyperion. It is a glossy blue submachine gun covered in lightning bolt designs. Appropriately it always spawns with a Shock element. It is a fairly uncommon drop from Assassin Wot, the first assassin fought during the quest Assassinate the Assassins in Southpaw Steam & Power.
