Cold Shoulder is a unique sniper rifle in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Vladof. It is obtained from the mission Hammerlocked.
Special Weapon Effects
Say "freeze"! – Fixed parts. Always cryo. Always spawns with double rocket underbarrel attachment. Fires two shots at the cost of 2 ammo.
