Clipper is the title of a group of common assault rifles in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Jakobs.
Usage & Description[]
The Clipper has the fastest fire rate of all Jakobs assault rifles, at the cost of the lowest damage and accuracy. Two of its barrel modifications boost its fire rate even further.
Clippers are best at close to mid range, where the user can pump out successive shots without the accuracy penalty affecting them as much.
The Clipper can spawn with three barrel accessories:
- A melee accessory that increases melee damage by 60%, and decreases accuracy bloom by 25%.
- A modified rail barrel that increases fire rate by 10%.
- A modified "trumpet barrel" that increases fire rate by 10%.
