Clear Skies Oz Kit is a common variant of Oz Kit manufactured by Vladof.

Clear Skies Oz Kits grant an increase to damage against airborne opponents and fire rate after said airborne opponent is killed. This makes them useful in combat against Dahl Jetfighters, The Bosun or any opponent equipped with a jetpack.
