Chupa's Organ is the title of a group of legendary grenade mods in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Atlas and Hyperion. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Chupacabratch on Athenas.

Special Weapon Effects

Cabrón. – Sticks to a target and drains their health, healing the user.

Usage & Description

Chupa's Organ is a transfusion grenade which drains health from the target and transfers it to the thrower and nearby allies. They can be stacked up, i.e., it is possible to deploy several Chupa's Organ grenades at a single target.
