Chupa's Organ is a legendary grenade mod in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Hyperion. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Chupacabratch on Athenas.

Cabrón. – Sticks to a target and drains their health, healing the user.
Usage & Description
Chupa's Organ is a transfusion grenade which drains health from the target and transfers it to the thrower and nearby allies. They can be stacked up, i.e., it is possible to deploy several Chupa's Organ grenades at a single target.

Trivia
- The flavor text is a Spanish word which means "male goat." It refers to the boss who drops it, whose namesake, Chupacabra, translates literally to "goat sucker" in Spanish.
- "Male goat" is the literal meaning of the word, but it's not the typical use of the word. Contextually, "cabrón" can be anything from a term of endearment to an insult. In the United States, it is usually translated as "asshole," while its connotation can be very different in other regions.
