Chronicler of Elpis is a legendary class mod for all classes manufactured by Dahl, Hyperion and Maliwan. Each class of the Chronicler of Elpis class mod can be obtained as one of two rewards for completing Digistructed Madness: Round 3 in The Holodome Onslaught DLC.
