The Overpowered Maxed Offense/Defense Build (A.K.A. God Mode or WinButton =P)
 
 
 
 
This build is meant to be used with a Mercenary Mod with the following stats:
 
 
SMG Damage: +30-56%<br />
 
Girl Power: +2-5<br />
 
High Velocity: +2-5
 
 
SMG Ammo Regeneration: +12-28
 
 
(Preferably all on the high end)

-Tough Guy Shield with stats close to:
 
 
Shield Strength: 800-1400
 
 
Recharge Rate: 190-250 (Important for shields to actually regen durring a full phase walk. 220 is ideal)
 
 
Health Bonus 30-50%
 
 
 
 
Match these with a Combustion Hellfire or the best Double Anarchy you can find. The Anarchy is more efficient in close quarters and has a better spread which is more forgiving on accuracy. "Pray and Spray" aiming for the upper torso is all that's needed.
 
 
 
 
This character never dies, and kills enemies extremely quickly.
 
 
-Is also versitile and effective against ALL enemy types, suffering no noticable weakness against any type of monster/bandit/machine or battle tactic.
 
 
 
 
You enter battle with a phase walk, bathing as many enemies as possible in electricity and fire from your radiance and your two phase blasts, the second one being activated on any enemy with melee to land a phase strike kill. At this point, your next phase walk shoud be ready or one kill away. This is where you start spamming double anarchy in enemy faces as you maneuver into a good place to unleash another phase blast.
 
 
Rinse and repeat.
 
 
You'll constantly be triggering silent resolve, which should be up 80-90% of the time mitigating most incomming damage.
 
 
Your shields will constantly be on the regen due to the fast recharg time and girl power combined.
 
 
Inner glow will be near constantly filling any hp lost, if it even happens.
 
 
Enemies will be dropping like flies from your AoE damage over time spam.
 
 
Double anarchy to the face will make quick work of any Badass or Super Badass enemies, especially if they're already DoT'ed.
 
Anything that still poses a threat will pretty much be insta-dazed by immediate double anarchy fire. You have a 25% chance, and a good double anarchy will fire 4 bullets 3-6 times per second. Law of probability: 3/1 or 300% to 6/1 600% likelyhood that random number generator will cause a daze.
 
 
(The upside to Damage over Time combined with Anarchy bullet burning is that even high HP/Defense Mini-Boss, Badass, and Boss types will go down faster... with the exception of the few Damage over time Immune bosses.)
 
 
 
 
Stat points can be moved around between high velocity, slayer, or anything else, depending on how you'd perfer your gunfire damage spread to be. I find high velocity to cause more damage overall than slayer, when forced to choose between the two, since it applies 20% damage bonus to ALL hits, and slayer only applies it's 25% bonus to crits. With an Anarchy, high velocity wins out.
