Cartel Thugs are the basic foot-soldiers of the galactic Eridium Cartel under the employment of the kingpin Joey Ultraviolet.
Background
Cartel Thugs can be found across the galaxy, summoned when an informant for the cartel is killed. Cartel Thugs can appear as any type of enemy unit and as members of the Children of the Vault, Maliwan, Frostbiters, or Looters, even Loaders and the Bonded have thugs among their ranks. They can be identified by the large neon digital bands around their bodies.
