Carrouser is a legendary sniper rifle in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands manufactured by Blackpowder. The It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.
Special Weapon Effects[]
If you're not getting around, you're standing still. – Always Fire. Fires a heart bolt, that lets damaged enemies fall in love with you, making them an ally for 6s.
Usage & Description[]
The biggest drawback is that the weapon has a default magazine size of 1, making it unlikely to benefit from the "Quiver of Holding" skill of Spore Warden as it restores ammo to magazine.
