Carcadia Burn is a location on Kairos in Borderlands 4 ruled by Callis, the Ripper Queen.[1] Carcadia Burn is accessible after the player completes a few missions in the the starter location. It is the area of Kairos that was the most damaged by Elpis' crash into Kairos' barrier.[2]
