Carbene is the Title of a group of common Assault Rifles in Borderlands 2. They are manufactured exclusively by Bandit. They use the Dahl barrel. The Carbene is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.
Usage and Description
By using the Dahl muzzle, this weapon gains certain benefits from it that counter some of the properties of Bandit weapons in general. These being reduced recoil, increased accuracy, faster recoil recovery and reduced damage which are typical traits of dahl weaponry opposite to Bandit guns.
Notes
- The weapon's full title in the game files is "Carbinated Carbene;" however, "Carbinated" is treated as a prefix by the game engine and can be replaced with other prefixes.
