Captain Blade's Manly Man Shield is a Unique Torgue Shield in Borderlands 2.
Special Weapon Effects
What a fabulous window treatment. – Effects unknown.
Curse of the Elementals! – Wearer takes increased damage from elemental sources.
Adds bonus Explosive Damage to all Melee Attacks. This ability stays in effect, even while shields are totally depleted.
