Caber Dowd is a respawnable mini-boss encountered in the Bounty of Blood, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3.
Involvement
Caber Dowd is one of Devil Riders' lieutenants and can be found in an isolated area eastwards of the Materials Transport area in Bloodsun Canyon.
According to Juno, he is a terrible shot, but also has a reputation of being the luckiest bastard on Gehenna. There is also a rumor about him using loaded dice when playing.
