Usage & Description
The Butcher is an unusual shotgun. While its damage output is significantly lower than other shotguns, it is compensated with an exceptionally high fire rate coupled with automatic burst fire. Due to its generally mediocre accuracy, it is best used in a "hit-and-run" fashion, like the Maliwan Crux. The Butcher may or may not spawn with any elemental accessory- except for fire, like all assault shotguns.
Trivia
- The name and red text is a reference to Blizzard Entertainment's recurrent Diablo character, The Butcher, a bloated monstrosity with the opening announcement, "Ahhh... Fresh meat!".
Mechanics
The Butcher effect comes from the barrel4_Hyperion_Butcher, and has little in common with barrel_4.
