Bus That Can't Slow Down is a tier 4 skill in Salvador's Brawn skill tree. This skill increases Salvador's movement speed while Gunzerking.

The name of this skill is a reference to the movie Speed. Specifically, it is a reference to a joke from The Simpsons' episode "The Springfield Files", in which Homer Simpson describes the plot of Speed with his typical slowness: "I saw this in a movie about a bus that had to SPEED around the city, keeping its SPEED over fifty, and if its SPEED dropped, it would explode! I think it was called, 'The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down.'"
