Bruce is a unique badass outlaw optional boss first encountered during the mission Another Pickle, at Crisis Scar in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
Involvement
Bruce is the leader of the Scav posse sent out after Eliza by Sheila, Bruce's better third. At the showdown in Crisis Scar, he appears in the last wave of Scavs.
