Breeder is a legendary Pistol in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Torgue. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Big Donny located in The Splinterlands.

Man hands on misery to man. – Projectiles stick to the target, spawning 2 additional projectiles that fly in an arc and explode on impact.
Usage & Description[]
The Breeder is an excellent gun for crowd control as every shot spawns two projectiles which in turn spawn two more projectiles spreading from point of impact. Since each of those 6 projectiles also deal splash damage, areas can be covered with the child projectiles to deal moderate amounts of explosive damage.
For the same reason, the gun is ineffective against flying, fast-moving, or single enemies that don't stay in range of the follow-up explosions.
