Boomer is a legendary submachine gun exclusive to the Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC for Borderlands 3 and is manufactured by Dahl. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source but has an increased chance to drop from Scraptrap Prime located in The Compactor.

Some like it hot. – Always nonelemental or incendiary. Shots explode on impact and deal splash damage.
Usage & Description[]
The Boomer synergises with Moze's Demolition Woman tree as the high fire rate and guaranteed splash damage will frequently activate any skill requiring splash damage.
However, the incendiary restriction limits its use to primarily flesh based targets, although a non-elemental variant can alleviate this downside to an extent.
Notes[]
- The splash damage can harm the user.
- After a 3/12/2020 hotfix buff, the Boomer had its damage buffed. Its damage was buffed again on 12/7/20.
- Hotfix 12/17/2020: Damage increased by 50%.
