Bone Head 2.0 is a Hyperion loader found in what was Bone Head's encampment prior to Hyperion's takeover of Fyrestone. The loader has claimed not only Bone Head's old haunt, but also his old habit of wearing a skull as headgear. It has significantly more health than the average loader.

- Bone Head 2.0's rare drop is a bandit SMG, the Bone Shredder.
- According to Tannis, he has a malfunction which makes him believe he is the real Bone Head.
- Bone Head 2.0 appears in The Raid on Digistruct Peak (at Obliteration Station) as Bone Head 3.0.
