Changes: Boiling Blood

Boiling Blood is a tier 4 skill in Krieg's Bloodlust skill tree. It increases the time before Bloodlust Stacks Decay.

The additional time before stacks begin to decay starts anew as soon as an additional stack is or would be earned.
The additional time before decay does not affect the rate of decay. Once the stacks start to decay, they will do so at the normal rate; however, any new stacks added will reapply the additional time bonus of this skill.
