Bloody G. is a Badass Wildcard, a wannabe sax player who runs a gang called Brassholes in The Velvet Shuffle area of the Vice District. He had his eyes on Digby's saxophone Delilah and eventually managed to get her in his hands. Which eventually led to his early demise...
