Blood Twitch is a tier 1 skill in Krieg's Bloodlust skill tree. It is one of the two skills which cause Krieg to generate Bloodlust stacks upon damaging an enemy with bullets.

Notes

It's primarily useful for generating Bloodlust stacks rapidly, since it allows Krieg to switch between a low-damage, rapid-fire weapon such as a sub-machine gun and a high-damage weapon with a low rate of fire such as a shotgun without risking the loss of stacks.
