Blinding Banshee is a respawnable mini-boss encountered in Borderlands 3.
Background
Blinding Banshee is a unique Mantakore found in a small walled-off area in the northern-most part of the Desolation's Edge on Nekrotafeyo. She is also on the Sir Hammerlocks trophy list.

- Blinding Banshee has an increased chance to drop the legendary Breath of the Dying assault rifle, legendary Red Queen greanade mod, and unique Shrieking Devil shotgun.
