Blind Bandit is a unique shotgun exclusive to the Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC for Borderlands 3 and is manufactured by Maliwan.

Special Weapon Effects[]

+125% weapon damage. -20% weapon sway. Fixed parts.
Damaging an enemy applies an Echo debuff status to them for 8 seconds. Killing an enemy with an Echo status fires a projectile at a nearby enemy.

The weapon's name is a reference to the character Toph Beifong from the animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender.
