Blacksmith is an NPC from Tiny Tina's Wonderlands.
Background
Her shop, B-Rad's Catshop, is located in the Brighthoofs north-east corner. Blacksmith's Forge is where Fatemakers can purchase their Storage Deck upgrades. Also, Enchantment Reroller, an Arcane Device, is there for Fatemakers to Enchant or to reroll existing Enchantments on their gear.
