Blackheart King is a respawnable mini boss encountered in Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC for Borderlands 3.

Main Article: Badass Psycho (Borderlands 3) the blackheart king is basically a badass psycho with variants of bandits spawning with him as escort, dodge the whirl attack and the earth shacking strike from a distance, since its a flesh based enemy using fire, radiation and cryo is best to deal with it quickly

He and Wardwatcher Alpha, Wardwatcher Beta have increased chance of dropping unique rarity items which includes:
