The Black Hole is a Legendary shield manufactured by Maliwan. Black Hole is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Foreman Jasper located in Opportunity.
Special Shield Effect
You are the center of the universe. – Pulls nearby enemies towards you when shields are depleted, similar to the effect of singularity grenades. This can be helpful in getting second winds, provided shield depletion and getting downed occur somewhat close together.
Notes
The Black Hole has the highest nova damage in the game.
The Black Hole pulls enemies at you when fully depleted and it has the highest nova damage in the game making it very helpful when fighting a lot of enemies.
