Billy, the Anointed is an Anointed enemy located in Jakobs Estate.
Involvement
After Troy Calypso loses Wainwright Jakobs in a chase around Jakobs Estate, he reveals a Goliath named Billy to the Vault Hunters after they enter the manor's theater. Upon introducing him, Troy uses his phaselock powers to anoint Billy into a purple supermutant titled "Billy, the Anointed", ordering him to defeat the Vault Hunters. However, Billy is unsuccessful and becomes crystallized after his defeat.
